Wow I can't believe how time seems to fly these days.

We are so busy here this year!! My son is graduating
from Grade 12 this year and we have been busy
with all kinds of things. Just got through Prom and now
just have Graduation in June to get through!!!

I finally had some time to play and came up with this new
scrapkit called Rusted Boots & Butterflies.

This time its for our store owner (Sweet Diva Dzigns) Sister who has just been diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer. Kate is 35 yrs old, a mum of 2 and a loving wife. This Collab is not to pay for treatment, but to make her life that little bit easier, So if her and her husband dont feel like cooking they can get take out, or take the kids to the movies, Or even buy a magazine to read while having treatment.

Our Fantastic designers have gotten together and put this huge CU collab together, all to do with valentines day, plus a designer has chucked in a PU valentines kit,

So in this collab there are Scripts,Overlays,Styles, Elements, Wordart, Plus more

Not all are shown, it was either have some or none as any smaller they wouldnt show

Okay I have had Daz on my computer for almost a year now.
I was very intimidated by it but determined to learn how to use it.
After trying tons and tons of tutorials and on my own I
downloaded Dreamlights Tutorials and look what I made.
Thank you so much Dreamlight for making a course that even
I could understand and create gorgeous works like these.

Not the greatest but for a first try I am impressed.

ACKKKKKKK----BAD NEWS----GOOD NEWS

Okayyyyyyyyyyyyy-------Some bad news and some good news.
Bad news first---I got hit with a major virus that shut down my
computer. Gotta take the poor baby to the computer doctor,
cause my pitiful attempts to get into it have all failed. I am
hoping that what ever got me didn't touch the storage drive on it
All of my PTU stuffies go directly to it and not on my C: drive.
I usually back everything up to an external drive every couple of
days, especially when I go on buying sprees but I had gotten a
little lazy and hadn't backed anything up for a couple of months,
so now I am scrambling to try to locate all of my invoices for
purchases so I can see if I can get things I bought over the last
couple months reset and download from the stores.

GOOD NEWS----I did have another CPU that I was slowly
moving things over to, so I do have all my programs (PS3, PSP,
Ani-shop, etc) on that CPU already so it is just a case of finding
all my designing stuffies and moving onto that CPU!!!

I did however lose 3 scrapkits that I was in the process of
packaging to put up in stores. I am bummed but hopefully my
computer guy can retrieve all the stuff on my storage drive
without incident. If he can it is just a matter of packaging
them and getting them up. In the meantime I will start on a
couple more kits. (and start searching for free stuffies on
the www to use).

So off to work I gooooooooo!!!!
Got a few things to do today!!!!

This Haiti Relief CU Grab Bag Collaboration was put together by designers of Both Just 4 Taggers and Butterfly Blush Designs. There is 21 CU Items inside the Grab Bag, There sizes vary between Tagger Size and Full Size.Haiti has been hit by the first large earthquake in 240 years. The enormity of the effects of this devastating 7.0 quake are only barely understood at this time. Thousands may have been killed and tens of thousands left homeless.All money from the sale of the CU Grab Bag will go directly to Red Cross for the Haiti Relief Fund. Once the Grab Bag has been brought down from sale, we will then send off the money to Red Cross and provide both stores with a copy of the receipt to show the donations have in fact been made.
